Keith Davis Keith and his wife Kathy are both natives of Grand Island and graduates of Grand Island Senior High School, and met while in High School. They have been married 34 years and have five children: Kody 20, Keilah 19, Kelton 18 and twins Kendra and Konnor 15.   After graduating from college with both a music and a Bible major, Keith has been in pastoral ministry for 35 years, serving as a youth pastor, music director, associate pastor, and 25 years as Senior pastor including two churches that he and Kathy planted. Keith and Kathy approach ministry as a team, and enjoy serving the local congregation together with the gifts God has given them. For 30 years Keith and Kathy ministered in Southern California, but moved back to Grand Island in 2005 with a desire to be closer to extended family and with an expectancy that God would open doors of ministry for them. New Life Community Church called them as pastors in August of 2006 and together with the congregation, they are discovering more about authentic community and what following Christ is all about.   Learning to be authentic and real has been a focus for Keith and Kathy as they have journeyed to this point in their lives. Their passion is to help people grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and come to a place of hope, healing and wholeness because of Christ. Part of their ministry focus is Biblical counseling and along with being available to the congregation, they are involved with counseling in the greater Grand Island area.   Keith and Kathy are excited about watching their children begin to take their faith into their own world as young adults, and enjoy becoming their coaches and friends as they each move into maturity. Kathy is active in connecting with women in a great variety of ways and serves as Area Coordinator for the women’s ministries of the Alliance Churches. 	Associate Pastor Nick Petrick   Nick and his wife Amy were married in January 2006.  They have two sons (Jacob 5/2/07 and Lincoln 11/4/09) that keep them on their toes every minute of the day.  As a family, they made the move to Grand Island in July of 2007 following God's leading, in an unsuspecting way.  However, Nick and Amy live their lives and lead their family with hearts of service.  The Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40) is a guiding passage for their actions.  They desire as a family is to put God first, then others, and selves last.   Vocationally, Nick and Amy are all over the map.  In addition to Nick serving as Associate Pastor, Nick is also the Head Tennis Pro at the Grand Island Racquet Center.  Amy finds time to be the greatest mother of all time, an artist and framer at Prarie Winds Art Center, sell Melaluca, and dream of every opportunity that she can to help others and make life fun!   Specifically in the church, Nick covers volunteers and discipleship all over the church.  Amy serves in toddler ministry, women's ministry, and as facility coordinator.  They love the people of Grand Island, Nebraska and thank god for bringing them to this community.   Nick Petrick New Life Community Church 308-850-6385 This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
